A visit to Piazza San Marco followed by a trip to the top of the Campanile started the day. Then a visit to the church of Santi Giovani e Paolo to view the artworks and relics followed by lunch on the Fondamenta Nove. A walk across town to the Gesuati church and then across the Accademia bridge to a gondola ride near the hotel brought the day to a close.
